A Conversation about Human and Design”Nature’s sculpture”by BRANCH

We are pleased to invite Mr. Tsunao Nagasaki, a professional product designer from Kawaguchi City, to conduct a lecture and workshop on September 2nd. A special exhibition will be held from August 20th to September 2nd.
Mr. Nagasaki has been involved in the design of various products, including the “HIROSHIMA” chair used at this year’s (2023) G7 Hiroshima Summit and Panasonic’s unit baths. He has been actively contributing to the field of product design for many years.

During the exhibition, we will showcase Mr. Nagasaki’s works and provide an opportunity to learn about the relationship between people, the environment, design, and art while enjoying the experience.

Born in Tokyo. After, he graduated from Asahi Higashi Elementary School and Moto-go Junior High School in Kawaguchi City.

Worked at Okamura Corporation before joining NAOTO FUKASAWA DESIGN.Involved in product design for companies such as Maruni Wood Industry's "HIROSHIMA" and Panasonic's "MODIFY" and "i-X."

He became a director of NAOTO FUKASAWA DESIGN.
2021
Appointed as a professor in the Integrated Design Department of the Faculty of Fine Arts at Tama Art University.
