ATLIA Support Staff (Volunteer Registration System)

■ Description


At our gallery, which hosts numerous events throughout the year, we have volunteers who support these activities.
We aim for volunteers to engage in proactive activities beyond just assisting, such as supporting the operation of workshops and lectures, and taking part in the planning, preparation, and execution of events through regular meetings with the staff. Registration takes place annually in April and May, with the activity period lasting until March of the following year (renewable / open to junior high school students and older). People of various ages and occupations interact through art, sharing a wide range of experiences.

■ Main Activities


- Supporting the operation of workshops and lectures
- Assisting with exhibitions and displays related to workshops and exhibitions
- Planning and proposing workshop ideas
- Attending regular meetings

■ Number of Volunteers Needed


Approximately 20 people

■ Activity Conditions


- Duration: From around May until the end of March the following year (application period: April-May)
- Eligibility: Junior high school students and above (for those under 18, parental consent is required)
- Other: Unpaid (no transportation allowance, etc.)
- *Volunteers will be enrolled in the "Volunteer Insurance" provided by the gallery.*

About the Registration Process

■ How to Apply


During the application period for the relevant year, please fill out the required information on the designated application form and submit it.
Applicants who pass the document screening will be contacted by the person in charge to schedule an interview.
Please note that submitted documents will not be returned.
Personal information will be used solely for this project and will not be used for any other purpose.
